Use Taploop lawfully
You may use Taploop only for lawful, authorized business purposes and in accordance with connected-provider rules, advertising policies, privacy obligations, consumer-protection rules, and intellectual-property rights.
You must not
- Access accounts, systems, audiences, personal data, or credentials without authorization.
- Use Taploop for malware, credential theft, phishing, evasion, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive marketing.
- Send spam, automate unlawful outreach, or bypass consent, unsubscribe, platform, or rate-limit controls.
- Target, infer, exploit, or discriminate using sensitive personal data where prohibited or harmful.
- Create or distribute illegal, abusive, exploitative, dangerous, or infringing content.
- Manipulate creator reviews, fabricate deliverables, falsify attribution, or misrepresent clicks and provider receipts as verified business outcomes.
- Circumvent approval, authority, budget, credential, evidence, or emergency-stop controls.
- Pass secrets through prompts, plan inputs, logs, evidence, public URLs, or other model-visible fields.
- Scrape, crawl, publish, advertise, or contact people in violation of provider terms or applicable law.
- Use the service for high-impact decisions in employment, housing, credit, healthcare, legal services, or public benefits without an approved and lawful product agreement.
Human and creator work
Tasks must have clear scope, safe working conditions, lawful compensation, explicit rights, and honest acceptance criteria. Do not ask creators or specialists to misrepresent experience, hide sponsorship, fabricate evidence, or perform unsafe or illegal activity.
Enforcement
Taploop may block a command, retain a reservation for reconciliation, restrict a capability, suspend a connection, or terminate access when activity appears unsafe, unauthorized, deceptive, or noncompliant. We may preserve relevant audit records and cooperate with lawful investigations.
