1. Scope
TAPLOOP TECHNOLOGIES INC. provides Taploop for authorized business use. Follow applicable law, provider terms, advertising rules, privacy obligations and the rights of people whose information or work you use. These rules form part of our Terms of service.
2. Prohibited activity
- Unauthorized account access, credential theft, phishing, fraud, impersonation, malware or attempts to bypass security controls.
- Spam or unlawful outreach; bypassing consent, unsubscribe, suppression, platform or rate-limit requirements.
- Unlawful discrimination, exploitation or harmful targeting based on sensitive personal information.
- Illegal, abusive, exploitative, dangerous or infringing content, or misleading advertising and fabricated endorsements.
- Falsified deliverables, reviews, attribution or payment evidence; presenting a click, test or provider receipt as a verified sale.
- Circumventing authority, human approval, budget, permission or evidence controls.
- Putting secrets in model-visible prompts, public URLs, logs or evidence, or submitting data you lack authority to process.
- Using general marketing workflows to make consequential decisions about employment, housing, credit, healthcare or similar sensitive matters without a suitable, lawful and expressly agreed service arrangement.
3. Outreach and consent
When Canada's anti-spam rules or similar requirements apply, you are responsible for a lawful basis to send each commercial message, required sender identification, a working unsubscribe route and honoring opt-outs. A publicly visible email address is not blanket permission to contact someone. Taploop access, an AI-generated list or an approved plan does not establish recipient consent. 4. Human work and truthful marketing
Brief creators and specialists with clear scope, safe conditions, lawful compensation, rights and acceptance criteria. Do not request undisclosed sponsorship, fake reviews, invented experience, unsafe work or deceptive evidence. Obtain the permissions needed to publish someone's likeness or work.
5. Enforcement and reports
We may block an action, restrict a connection or suspend access to address suspected abuse, unauthorized activity or legal obligations. Relevant records may be preserved for security, reconciliation or lawful investigations. Report concerns to hello@taploop.agency with a description and relevant public reference; omit secrets and unnecessary personal information.
