1. Who bills you
TAPLOOP TECHNOLOGIES INC. operates Taploop. It is an Ontario corporation, number 1001526118, incorporated on March 5, 2026.
Head office: 30 Charles Street East, Toronto, ON M4Y 1R5, Canada.
Email: hello@taploop.agency.
This policy covers charges by Taploop. A connected provider, ad platform or separately contracted specialist may bill you under its own agreement. Check the provider and currency shown before authorizing a charge. See Pricing for current public offers.
2. Orders and service scope
Submitting an inquiry does not authorize a charge. Confirm the scope, deliverables, fees, currency, timing and any cancellation terms in an applicable order or checkout before buying. Public plan descriptions are distinct from a paid order and from metered MCP credit. Any recurring billing must be stated in the agreement you accept; a one-time wallet top-up does not activate automatic recharge.
3. Metered service credit
The MCP service-credit wallet is denominated in US dollars. It pays for eligible Taploop usage, is not a bank account or deposit, and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Promotional starter credit is a one-time service allowance under its displayed eligibility, not cash. Confirm the actual balance and rates in your workspace before use.
For public-web MCP operations, input and connector checks occur before dispatch. A usage charge is recorded when Taploop accepts the operation for provider dispatch. An insufficient balance prevents acceptance. A later failed or uncertain provider response does not automatically reverse the charge. Avoid blindly repeating an uncertain operation; review its usage record or contact support first.
4. Checkout and payment confirmation
Where Wallet offers funding, Stripe Checkout processes the payment. Taploop adds paid credit only after server-side payment confirmation and matching the payment to the original order. A pending checkout, a browser success URL or a receipt screenshot is not enough. Reconciliation may be needed if the payment and wallet states disagree.
Keep your order or payment reference. Do not send us full card numbers, security codes or online-banking credentials. Taploop records payment references, amounts, currency, status and credit-ledger entries; card entry occurs in the payment provider's checkout.
5. Cancellations and refunds
There is no automatic recharge or self-service refund function for MCP credit. We do not offer a universal change-of-mind money-back guarantee. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on applicable law and the specific order or written agreement. The non-withdrawable nature of service credit does not remove a refund or other remedy required by law.
To request cancellation, report a duplicate or incorrect charge, or ask about a refund, email hello@taploop.agency. Include the account email, payment reference, date, amount and a brief explanation. We will review the payment and service records, explain the decision and arrange any refund or correction that is due. No blanket “all sales final” rule overrides your mandatory rights.
Stopping account use, revoking an agent token or disconnecting a provider does not by itself cancel a separate paid order or third-party contract. For an agreed ongoing service, use the cancellation route in that order or contact us to identify it. No new cancellation fee is created by this policy.
6. Consumer rights
Taploop is designed for business use, but applicable consumer law may protect an individual in a particular transaction. Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable right concerning disclosure, contract copies, delivery, cancellation, refunds or a charge dispute. A statutory remedy is not conditional on our discretion or on purchasing another service.
Ontario provides guidance on online purchases and consumer rights. Which rules apply depends on the transaction and applicable law; we do not assume that every business purchase is a consumer contract or that every online purchase has a general cooling-off period.
7. Separate costs and evidence
External advertising spend, provider usage, platform plans and creator or specialist commitments may be separate from MCP credit. A balance reservation is a spending control, not a guarantee that a provider has been paid. Provider charges and outcomes may require reconciliation under the relevant order. Review the exact commitment before approving work.
