1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Taploop, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use Taploop for an organization, you represent that you can bind it. A signed agreement controls over these public terms where they conflict.
2. Early-access service
Taploop is under active development. Features, limits, adapters, availability, and interfaces may change. Test-environment status does not mean a capability is ready for production or regulated use.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect access credentials, use only authorized workspaces, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or connected agent unless caused by Taploop's breach of these terms.
4. Agent actions and approval
You choose the objective, systems, permissions, and commitment limits. Taploop may let an AI agent research, plan, or request action, but the agent cannot grant required human approval. You must review the exact plan, cost ceiling, destinations, rights, and provider context before approving consequential action.
5. Third-party services
Connected AI clients, data providers, ad platforms, CRMs, publishing systems, creator networks, and other providers remain subject to their own terms, billing, policies, and availability. Taploop does not control third-party services and does not guarantee their results.
6. Costs, service credits, and commitments
Taploop's public-web MCP tools debit the published price from a workspace service-credit wallet. Trial credit is promotional and granted once per user. Usage credits are non-withdrawable service credit, not cash or a deposit. A priced request is rejected when the available balance is insufficient. After input and connector validation, Taploop records the immutable usage charge when it accepts an operation for provider dispatch; a later failed or unknown upstream outcome does not reverse that charge. Where enabled in Wallet, one-time Stripe Checkout top-ups add service credit after payment is confirmed. Automatic recharge and self-service refunds are unavailable; contact support with payment questions. Separate execution plans may reserve a maximum commitment, and advertising is billed directly by the connected ad platform.
7. Creator and human work
Creator-network pilot access does not guarantee acceptance, opportunities, earnings, or payment. A creator task requires its own accepted terms, deliverable criteria, rights, review state, and compensation record. Taploop does not accept creator terms on a creator's behalf.
8. Data and content
You retain rights in content and data you provide. You grant Taploop the limited rights needed to operate the service and execute your approved instructions. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any data, audience, destination, creative, or instruction you submit.
9. Outcome boundary
Research, drafts, provider receipts, impressions, clicks, screenshots, and manually imported data are not automatically qualified leads, bookings, sales, conversions, or payment proof. Verified outcome claims require the authoritative evidence defined for the relevant workflow.
10. Suspension and termination
Taploop may pause or terminate access to protect users, providers, the service, or third parties; respond to suspected abuse; or comply with law. You may stop using the service and request account closure, subject to record-retention obligations.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The early-access service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Taploop does not guarantee campaign performance, provider availability, creator selection, or business outcomes. Any additional warranties, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, and dispute terms will be defined in the signed early-access agreement where required.
