THE IDEA BEHIND AGI MARKETING

You set the goal.
Your agent connects the work.

Businesses set the goals, and AI agents coordinate the work. In these tutorials, that means giving an agent a clear question, using Taploop to access the relevant tools, and turning the evidence into a decision your team can review.

Customize the workflow around your goals, tools, and review process. Your team checks the findings and approves publishing, outreach, and spending.

A LITTLE SETUP, A CLEARER RESULT

Before you start

First time here? Set up Taploop and your agent
  1. Create your workspace. Sign up, complete the access steps shown, then add your business context in Workspace settings.
  2. Choose your sources. Open Integrations and prepare the research tools or accounts listed below. Set the account permissions and usage budget for your work.
  3. Give your AI app access. In AI setup, choose Set up access to my integrations. In Agent access, issue an access token for the required accounts and capabilities, with result sharing enabled. Add the displayed server address and token in your AI app’s secure connection settings. Keep the token out of chat prompts.
  4. Check the connection. Ask your agent to confirm access to the accounts and tools selected for your workflow. The separate built-in service setup uses a different token; use the integration access setup for these guides. You can review work in Runs and evidence.
  • Your real offer and landing page, approved product claims, target location, dates, total campaign budget, and maximum cost per click.
  • A connected Google Ads account, an allowed landing-page domain, and permission to review the campaign settings.
  • Connected PostHog data with your conversion events and a successful measurement check in Taploop.
  • An agent configured through Set up access to my integrations, with the accounts and capability permissions shown by Taploop.

FOLLOW ALONG WITH YOUR OWN BUSINESS

From question to useful work.

Work through the steps in order. Replace the bracketed details in each prompt, and review the response before moving on.

Write a brief that a reviewer can approve

State the offer, landing-page URL, customer job, location, language, dates, and conversion to measure. Set a total campaign budget, maximum cost per click, and an owner for the review. For the Google Ads campaign check, use USD or CAD and a date range of 2–91 calendar days inclusive. A complete brief gives the agent clear boundaries for the proposal.

Briefway's example targets people evaluating software for client feedback and creative review. The marketing lead checks whether the proposed audience, message, and landing page fit together. Replace the example business details with your own approved information before checking the proposal against your account.

ASK YOUR AGENTEdit the details in brackets

Prepare a Google Search campaign draft for [offer] at [landing-page URL]. The customer job is [job], location is [location], language is [language], and dates are [dates]. Total campaign budget is [amount in USD or CAD] and maximum cost per click is [amount in that currency]. The intended conversion is [event]. Use these verified claims: [claims]. Ask for missing information and prepare the proposal for my review. Get my explicit approval before publishing or spending.

Connect the correct accounts and agent access

In Integrations, connect your Google Ads account and the PostHog project that measures the landing page. Check the Google Ads customer ID, account currency, and allowed landing-page domains. For PostHog, select your project, data region, and the events your team permits Taploop to read.

Use AI setup → Set up access to my integrations → Agent access. Select the relevant accounts and the Google Ads campaign preview capability, then follow the permissions and server address shown by Taploop to connect your agent. Your workspace owner controls which accounts and actions the agent can access.

Check the conversion you want to measure

In Measurement readiness, choose the PostHog connection, the Primary conversion event, and the From and To dates in UTC. Enter the funnel events in order, with the primary conversion last, then use Check production measurement. The event names must already exist in your product's tracking and be allowed for this connection.

Save the successful measurement check with your campaign brief. Review the event names, date range, and recorded results so the team knows what the campaign will measure. Address any tracking or configuration errors before proceeding to the account check.

Draft relevant keywords and independent ad assets

Start with a small set of exact- or phrase-match keywords around the customer job. In Google Ads, exact match concerns the same meaning or intent; phrase match can reach searches that include the keyword's meaning. Neither should be described as literal text matching only. The brackets and quotation marks in the worked example identify the intended match type. [1]

Ask for at least three headlines and two descriptions that make sense independently. Google's responsive search ads allow up to 30 characters per headline and 90 per description. Check those limits, the product claims, and the destination before choosing the assets to include. [2]

ASK YOUR AGENTEdit the details in brackets

Draft a focused ad group with exact and phrase keywords. Give each keyword, match type, and relevance to the offer. Write three headlines up to 30 characters and two descriptions up to 90 characters, with character counts. Use only supported product claims. Flag irrelevant search intent and prepare the assets for my review.

Review the proposal and check the account settings

Review the complete proposal: destination, account, location, dates, total campaign budget, maximum cost per click, keyword match types, and ad text. Ask the agent to show these settings together so your team can review the campaign as a whole.

Use Taploop's Google Ads campaign preview to validate the proposed settings with the provider. Keep the returned results beside the plan, resolve any errors or warnings, and review the revised proposal. The campaign preview is a review step; approval to publish or spend comes from your team.

ASK YOUR AGENTEdit the details in brackets

Show the proposed Google Search campaign, including account, URL, targeting, dates, total budget, maximum CPC, keywords, headlines, and descriptions. Confirm the measurement check and account access, then run the Google Ads campaign preview. Return the validation evidence and any changes needed. Get my explicit approval before publishing, changing live settings, or spending.

Approve the next action and record the decision

Bring the campaign proposal, measurement check, and provider validation results to the person responsible for advertising. Review the offer, destination, targeting, dates, and budget together. Decide whether to approve the next action, revise the proposal, or gather more evidence.

Record the reviewer, approved settings, budget limit, and the specific next action. Publishing and spending require your team's explicit approval. When your process needs tailored integrations, review steps, or reporting, discuss a customized workflow with Taploop.

THE DECISION

A complete proposal gives the reviewer the settings, validation results, and budget needed to decide the next action. Record that decision before publishing or spending.

THE HUMAN PART OF THE WORKFLOW

Review it before you act.

  • Are the account, domain, claims, and keyword intent correct?
  • Is the conversion event real, allowlisted, and covered by a fresh production measurement check?
  • Are the provider validation results and any required changes recorded with the proposal?
  • Are targeting, dates, total budget, maximum CPC, and every unresolved warning visible to the reviewer?

Your next step

Review the proposal and validation evidence with the person responsible for advertising. Confirm the final settings and budget, approve the specific next action, and assign an owner to review the results. For a process tailored to your team, discuss customization with Taploop.
